Executive Summary
On the 20th day of August 2023, the Women and Youths Care Empowerment Initiative (WAYCE) in their fight against the use of substances, illicit drugs, and drug abuse stormed the venue of the 2023 cultural exhibition of the Catholic Church of the Assumption, Asokoro, Abuja to sensitize hundreds of participants at this occasion of which the majority are youths and women.
On this occasion also, fliers were distributed to participants to equally read and share and share with their loved ones who were not privileged to attend the occasion. The essence of the WAYCE fliers was to pass across information and the messages that WAYCE has been spreading in its war against the use of substances, illicit drugs, and drug abuse.
