We were conceived out of the passion for a better world.
Who Are We?
We are WAYCE /weɪk/ - Women and Youth Care Empowerment Initiative.
WAYCE is a non-governmental and non-profit making organization that was formed in 2019 with the aim of joining hands with other critical stakeholders in the health sector and beyond to create an enabling environment for fellow Nigerians to enjoy a healthy living by;
- Waging war against use of illicit drugs and substance abuse.
- Referring drug victims to rehabilitation homes to rebuild their minds and lives.
- Organizing outreaches on health related issues as they unfold.
- Providing means of livelihood for those discovered using illicit drugs and substance abuse as a result of idleness.
Our Mission
To contribute to the achievement of a healthy and just society by empowerment of women and youths through capacity building, creating platforms for financial sustainability, sensitization on the war against drugs and substance abuse; promotion of a healthy lifestyle and equitable social empowerment.
